Feel Good Fall Giveaway
2020 has sure been a heck of a year, and I don't know about you, but I could use a little feel good boost this fall... so that's what we're going to do! We're going lift each other up and spread some good feels around. Announcing Valerie P Photography's Feel Good Fall!
Here are the details! I want to give away a mini family photo session to a great and deserving family this fall, and I want you to help me by nominating someone! Nominations will take place on the giveaway post on Facebook. Nominate someone by commenting on that post, tagging them, and telling them (and all of us!) why you think they are great! To be officially entered in the giveaway your friend needs to reply to your comment accepting their nomination. And that's it! I will collect the nominations and on October 1, 2020 and will select one winner using a random number generator. Get to it friends! Nominate your friend, spread some love, and feel good this fall!
The questions:
Who can I nominate? Anyone you want! They don't have to be local, but the winning photo session must take place locally. What qualifies a family as 'deserving' of a nomination? You tell me! There doesn't have to be a tragic story or some kind of hardship. They don't need to have a large following, this isn't a popularity contest. Anyone that you love and and think would love a photo session can be nominated! Anyone that you have good things to say about. Does the family have to have a FB account to participate? Yes. Facebook is where the giveaway is taking place, and how I will contact winners. To be nominated, at least one member of the family (over 18 yrs) must have an active FB account and must be tagged in the post. The person tagged in the post must also reply to your nomination comment to be officially entered in the giveaway.
Can I nominate more than one family? Sure! Each nomination must be a separate comment, and must have the person you are nominating tagged, as well as a personal comment about why you think their family is great, deserving, or loved! Can I nominate myself? I'm not going to stop you! But you do have to be kind to yourself and include why you think you and your family are great in the nomination comment!
Can a person be nominated more than once? Each family nominated will get only one entry in the giveaway. However, if you notice a family you love has already been nominated, I encourage you to do two things: 1) reply to that family's nomination comment with what you love about them. Don't let them miss out on the good feels that would have come from your nomination! 2) consider a different family you would love to nominate. Spread around the love!
Is there anything in it for the nominators? Sure there is! You get to lift up and encourage your friends and loved ones. That feels great, doesn't it? Also... there may be a small reward in store for anyone who makes a nomination, but I'm not spilling the beans on that just yet! How will the winners be contacted? Winners will be contacted through the Facebook account they are tagged/entered with on October 1. When will the winning photo session take place? Anytime between October 1, 2020, and November 30, 2021
